Hi, my name is Breona, just wanted to give you a guys a review for my order today. The food waa great, but the wait was kinda long. You guy's need more driver's to speed up the amount of work you have when you get busy. Otherwise, it'll take a long time. And the second thing, i was on the phone about to make my order and I asked if you guy's took $100 bills and you said yes, so I told ya'll i'll be using that, which should automatically let the driver know to bring change without my pushing. Please please start writing what the customer says on the phone as a reminder so you won't forget. It was embarrassing to have the driver wait out in the cold while we were sorting through our money.
A little ghetto as there were 2 small children that were possibly an employee's running amuck in the dining room with no supervision. The sandwich I got was great tho and the lady that helped me was nice.
Have never had bad service here. Love the food.
Always friendly. Even when I switch numbers they know who I am on the phone, even if I order once a month. The pizza is amazing. And the Cinna bread, even though it looks weird, split the two halves apart to eat it. The most delicious thing on the menu.
Fresh hot pizza with plenty of cheese for the cheese lovers
Annie Pizza has been a staple in Louisville since I was a small child. Not much has changed aside from the employees. The pizza is delicious and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. The price is slightly higher than your normal pizza place, but I'm happy to pay the difference considering the overall experience is always a great one. The restaurant is always clean. The restrooms are always in order and clean as well. Delivery time can be somewhat lengthy, however the last order I made for delivery ran a bit late and the delivery person compensated me with a coupon for a free personal size pizza with my next purchase. I would recommend Annie's Pizza to anyone looking for a good pizza.
I had a pizza delivered. DRIVER NO MASK OOR GLOVES ON DURING CORID VIRUS. I WAS UPSET SO TJE PEOPLE FIXES THE NOMASK ON EITHER .NEVER EAT THERE. AGAIN I HOPE I DONT GET SICK AND Cancer patients
The pizza is amazing. The service is terrible. My first experience I had to go get 1 of the 3 employees outside smoking to come and take my carryout order. I decided to try again since its 5 minutes from my work. The secind time I submitted my online order at 11:30am for a noon pick up time. I ordered a personal pan pizza. I got there at noon and waited until 12:25 for my pizza. What is the point of ordering online if I still have to wait for them to make my pizza once I'm there? In the time I had to wait the other 2 carryout customers received cheese pizzas instead of the pepperoni they had ordered. I don't understand why it's always so chaotic. I will not be back.
The pizza was amazing!! Hamburger, onions, and mushrooms!! YEA BABY
For a small local pizza place, I am continuously impressed. The pizza is incredible and the staff is just great. Always a pleasant experience when I bring this home to the family. My only complaint is that they do not have an efficient telephone system. I've called to place an order and called and called and called for 30 minutes until I arrived at the restaurant and placed the order in person. Otherwise, I love it.
got a coupon in the mail for a large 1 topping they told me 15 mins they brought it to my car in 9 ...they bomb yall plus they have mad deals 4 to 7 happy hour and they stay open until 1130
Was once my favorite pizza place on Earth....but that has changed. After several issues with delivery, I’ve decided to find another chain. Ordered two large specialty pizzas tonight at 7:45, I asked how long for delivery and they said 45 to an hour. Almost two hours later, pizza showed up. Wife grabs a slice and bites into what she thought was cheese but was a nice long blonde hair. It’s now closing time and they’ve promised to send a fresh one out. Good thing the dog will eat anything 🤷🏼♂️UPDATE: Mr Wayne made everything right for me. I stopped by and spoke with him in person and he apologized, explained their heavy volume at the beginning of the month and gave me two free pizzas. Appreciate it Mr Wayne.
Too high. Locals seem to love it tho
Food is great, low prices, not in the best part of town though.
The food is good. They have a buffet for a quick lunch that includes choice of pizza slices, small salad bar, cinnamon bread for dessert and choice of fountain soda. The buffet is all you care to eat.
Three weeks ago I ordered a medium pizza with pecan pie for dessert. They delivered it was missing my pecan pie. They credited me the pecan pie for my next purchase since it was late in the day and their delivery had shut down for the night. Tonight, I ordered the same thing ...a medium pizza and my credited pecan pie. Delivery is fine pizza was hot but instead of having my pecan pie I was given cheesecake. The other afternoon I went by to take home pizza for my family and they were closed the website said they were open but for some reason I missed them again. It’s a hit and mis establishment which is pretty sad. I’m done with this restaurant.
Good food at a great piece
My family ordered a large cheese. After waiting an hour we received a call asking if our pizza was delivered. We answered no and was informed it would be arriving sooner. After an hour we called and again and informed our pizza that we ordered for delivery was ready for pick up. We explained it was for delivery and that we had received a phone call asking if our pizza arrived. A manager was then placed on the phone, who proceed to hang up on my boyfriend. I called back three separate times and each time I asked to speak to a manager and was then put on hold till I would hang up, typically five minutes. We had to cancel our order. The customer service was awful and the manager was rude.
I found the pizza on the buffet to be heavy on the sauce, whoever is doing the cutting either needs a sharper cutter or stronger arm. Also, it's was a disappointment, we waited almost ten minutes for the buffet to be restocked. Overall it was decent, I'd probably try it again if I'm in the area.
Very disappointed!!!! I ordered pizza 2 hours ago and it is still not here. The confirmation email states it will be here at 9pm even though I placed the order at 7:30pm..I called and asked where my order was the lady on the phone did politely apologize and said "they are on the way now"....didn't even offer a discount....really poor customer service....I have always ordered from Annies but I guess I will be going somewhere from now on.
Love Annie's Pizza everything I've tries is good. Always friendly and did I mention the food is amazing!!!
Very poor customer service, seems to always have some sort of issue that does not allow delivery, a lot of excuses, online ordering does not allow pickup orders till 3pm or after. Long wait times are ridiculous, staff seems to not care about customers. The pizza itself is really good but is not worth the headache!
I think they're the best pizza chain in Louisville. Their cheese is what really makes the pizza delicious. I wish they had other locations, hopefully they come to the east end one day. Dont miss a chance to try their pizza. You wont regret it.
I stopped eating Annie Pizza about 5 years ago because the pizza was nasty. I pulled into Annie last week to give it a try. It was great. Will go back again, hope it will npt disappoint me.
Great service great pizza
Annie’s pizza has not let me down once yet. I have been about a dozen times in the past 3 or so years. It has a sauce that is very appealing and sets it apart from the other places. If you ever want to be amazed get their largest pizza. They will ask how wide the doorway is where it’s being delivered, that’s so they know if it will fit through it. When you get it and raise the lid its feels like you are lifting your car hood up. 😀 give em a try I think you will like their pizza. I haven’t tried anything else there but the pizza.
Was there for the lunch buffet no clean tables had to clean a table myself dressing was watered down buffet was over at 2 but they stop putting pizza out at 1:25
Good service.
Always good, not enough seating and worker are always smoking right by front door
Ordered pizza( delivery) for Superbowl Sunday. Total was $22 bucks. I paid with debit card then I tipped $3 bucks in cash told driver to give me back $2( gave him a $5). I stay 2 blocks away so delivery wasn't far at all. I put no tip on signature receipt wrote $22 for total charges and got my pizzas. Today I see the delivery driver must have wrote in a tip cause my card was charged for $25 for that pizza order. Called spoke with MGMT Diane, said they'd mail me a check. But the driver needs to be fired, that's theft and fraud. I will not be ordering at this place ever again and to all customers going forward, pay with cash, all people ain't honest people.
Fast and friendly staff, low price, and the pizza was awsome. Would highly recommend.
Great pizza down side charged for ranch on under cooked wings
I’ve ordered from this place multiple times, every time it was nasty and not done. Plus the delivery time is ridiculously long and they keep raising their prices.
Yesterday I ordered my food went to pick it up paid for my food when I was trying to figure out why my order was so expensive the owner lady would not give me my food n refunded my money! She would not give me my food n got very nasty for no reason! My kids were hungry n we had to go elsewhere and wait in a long line smh everyone I met there was nice she needs to just stay in the back if she doesn't know how to communicate with customers!
It blows. Terrible service
If it didn’t taste as good as it does I would’ve given Annie’s a 1 Star. I’ve been coming for the buffet occasionally for 7 years. It used to be well stocked with hot fresh pizza around lunchtime, every time. Something changed a couple years ago. Price went up a little and buffet went downhill. Last visit, we walked in around noon and saw only a few pieces (not ‘pizzas’) and 2 seated patrons obviously waiting for fresh food to come out; we didn’t even sit, just left. Today, same situation, except I had time to wait... and that’s what I did. I was told first thing that there were a couple pizzas almost done for the buffet, but it took 15 mins before any came out. I can understand this around slow times, but 11a-2p... there should be food on a buffet. Picture is at 12:10 on a Thursday with 1 person seated with some food.
Some of the best pizza in town! I love "the works" pizza. Super friendly staff! Many other menu items to try from pasta to hoagies and salad. Laid back family-friendly atmosphere. Totally recommend visiting if you are in the area.
